No appointment is necessary! Bring your excellent, and or like new condition, contemporary, on trend and luxury pieces to us! Please follow these guidelines when you are delivering your items to us:
Items should be approximately 2 years or newer
All items need to be freshly laundered or dry cleaned
Please have all items folded and stacked neatly in bags or bins (on hangers = annoying)
CONSIGNMENT We offer 50% of the final selling price for items priced under $1,000. For luxury and / or highly desirable items priced over $1,000, we offer 55% - 80% of the final selling price to consignors.
BUYOUT Don't want to wait for consignment? We are happy to offer a cash buyout or store credit for contemporary items that are desirable and in demand. Buyouts will be 30% of what we would list items for. Payment for a cash buyout agreement will be paid 24hrs after items have been brought in and is based upon authenticity and condition. Bring your items in to the store, Monday to Saturday 11am to 6pm, no appointment necessary.
Luxury closet pickups are also available. We can send you pricing and commission quotes on your luxury items beforehand. Please email description and photos of your items to southrockresale@gmail.com.
